How do I apply the serum correctly?

Apply the serum morning and evening to cleansed skin. Dispense 2–3 drops onto your fingertips and gently massage it into your face and neck. Then follow with a moisturizer.

What skin types are TREMP Cosmetics products suitable for?

Our products are dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. For known allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list or contacting us.

Are the products free of parabens and artificial fragrances?

Yes, all TREMP Cosmetics products are free of parabens and artificial fragrances. We rely on clinically developed, skin-friendly ingredients.

Delivery & Shipping

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. For other countries, please contact us directly.

How long does delivery take?

Within Switzerland: 2–3 business days. To Germany and Austria: 3–5 business days.

At what order value is shipping free?

For orders over CHF 80.–, we offer free shipping within Switzerland.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@trempcosmetics.com before returning.

What do I do if I have received a damaged product?

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

Post-Op Compression Garments

How do I choose the correct size?

Please use our size chart on the product page. If you are unsure, we are happy to assist you personally – contact us by email or phone.

How do I care for compression garments?

Wash the garment at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Hang to dry.

How soon after surgery can I wear compression garments?

This depends on your surgery and your doctor's instructions. Please always consult your treating physician first.
