1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.trempcosmetics.com. By placing an order, you accept these conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded with the shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as selected countries.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating any reasons. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are excluded from exchange.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
